| Chest | Place the measuring tape 2cm below the underarm to start and then measure across the chest of the item of clothing |
| Sleeve Length | Measure from the top of the sleeve to the hem of the cuff of the sleeve |
| Shoulder to Hem | Measure from the rop of the sleeve to the hem of the top |
| Waist | Measure across the item of clothing at the narrowest part of your waistline |
| Hip | Place the measuring tap 16cm below the waistband and measure across the item of clothing |
