Shoulder to Hem	Measure from the rop of the sleeve to the hem of the top
Waist	Measure across the item of clothing at the narrowest part of your waistline
Hip	Place the measuring tap 16cm below the waistband and measure across the item of clothing
Inside Hem	Place the measuring tape inside the shorts/pants and measure from the top of the inside leg to the hem of the bottoms
